we had stuffed peppers for dinner tonight and Myles loved it. He's not a huge fan of vegetables (like his daddy) so I try to hide them everywhere. Myles of course loved the meat and rice of the stuffed peppers but when it came to the green pepper I cut it up really small and hid it in the bites of meat thinking that he wouldn't even notice...hope...he chewed up the meat and rice then would spit out the piece of green pepper. It's amazing to me that a toddler that can't even say 5 words yet can somehow chew up meat and rice and know which one is the vegetable and spit it out - ugg! I hope he's not always this picky.
Although this blog is not updated daily, it's a way to keep family and friends close when everyone seems so far away!
