Tonight I was playing with Myles and he was reaching out for me laughing so I was able to get him to do it again and took a picture. It was a busy, but good day today. More on another day..

I love hanging out with daddy

Luke has to drive to Boone to work every day and some evenings he stops by church and doesn't get home until Myles is already in bed, so the evenings that Luke and Myles hang out are very special and fun. Tonight they played all kinds of games. Grandma got Myles a couple of books that sing and he LOVES them so much. He pushes the buttons then dances around.

Sept 19-28, 2010

It's been a busy past couple of weeks, but we got moved in, I started my new job, and Myles started his new daycare. I've taken a few pictures along the way and attached the one of Myles' first day at his new daycare in Charlotte. There are birds in the lobby that he loves and only 3 other toddlers in his class. Myles loves the new house because there's a lot of room for him to run. Life in the city is pretty good so far - we are getting adjusted.

Sept 14-18, 2010

I can honestly say it's been the busiest week of our lives. It was my last week of work in Boone, Myles' last week of daycare in Boone, we had a cool (but late) church service on Wednesday night, and we moved to Huntersville (north Charlotte) on Friday the 17th. We will not have internet at our house until 9/27 so I hope I don't have to go a long time before posting again. Trust me, I'll put up plenty of new pictures when I can!

as I always say..Sunday's are busy - but today was extra busy because we had to pack...yesterday Luke did find a rental house for us to live in when we move to Charlotte ..so I posted that house pic.

rainy yard sale

After many many days of getting ready for a yard sale (which was supposed to be between 8-12) it started raining at 8:07am and stopped at 3pm...meaning our yard sale turned into a garage sale that just a few people came to, oh well! Vivienne came by to say hey.
